Fan runs all the time after warm up
Ok, then since you are not using the a/c you really need to check the coolant temp with a scanner, beg, buy, borrow or steal a OBDII scanner that read LIVE DATA, plug it into your OBDII port and while driving kep an eye on the coolant temp, the truck should run around 196-200*F during normal driving, at 210*F the clutch fan should kick in and cool the engine back down to below 200, at 220*F the electric fans will come on to try and prevent overheating.
Your temp gauge will not move until you are WAY to hot.
SO, either you are running to hot or your sending unit to your electric fans is bad.
I am assuming that you have already checked the coolant level.
Also look for my "fan question" thread from a couple of days ago.
