Default A few Problems

I have a 2003 Disco II and Im having a few problems.

1. Everytime I turn on the truck ad do my steering wheel to the right, it makes a grinding sounds but after that its fine. What can I do to fix this?

2. On the passenger side, Im having a water leak problem. Where the handle is at and towards the seat belt outlet, I get a water leak. Where can that be coming from and what can I do to fix it?

3. Just this morning, My passeger side window callasped off the track (im guessing) Had to put the truck into the garage and take my other car. Is this a normal thing? How can I go about to fixing this??

The only thing I can be of assistant with is the water leak. You mentioned it's coming from the seatbelt outlet? which I'm assuming is from the headliner. This is happening to me and apparently it's clogged sunroof drains.

Are you getting any water leaking onto the headliner itself?

I'm still trying to figure out a way to unclog the drains, but I know someone will chime in here shortly!

:]

My steering box has been making a whining noise for all three years that I've owned the truck, so I figure if it keeps making the same noise foranother three years, I'll really start looking into this. My steering fluid is new and level, though. The noise is also present only at first or sometimes when the car is not at motion (parking), never during driving, at any speed. So I try to minimize steerin use/abuse when pulling it/out of a parking space.

Either your pump needs some help of your have a bad serpentine belt.
If it is the pump, go buy a bottle of Lucas power steering additive, remove some old fluid and add the whole bottle.
Rover pumps tend to get noisey and this may correct.
