Also the rover stalled this morning after starting it which is weird because I just changed the CKP and there are no new codes... started right back up and hasn't done it since.

I decided to check all the grounds at the ECM today and noticed this plug that was not connected to anything. Couldn't find any open spots on any of the modules. It's a long shot with all the wiring but does anyone know what this is for?

Okay so heres an upadte:

The Disco is doing much better and here is a list of what I replaced.
Coil Packs
Wires
Plugs
Air filter
O2 Sensors upstream
Fixed hole in the exhaust
Changed the oil
Ran Techron fuel system cleaner
Sea Foam
Cleaned the throttle body and IACV
Replaced Ground wires
New blue top optima battery
New alternator

After all this I finally have gone a full week without a flashing SES light. So the question is now what was it?

I really have no idea but like I have mentioned before, the previous owner had the Rover sitting for some time. He ran regular gas and really didn't do proper oil changes.
That being said when I started running the fuel cleaner through the system and I cleaned the throttle body and IACV along with the Seafoam in the intake manifold thats when I started getting less and less SES flashing. What I'm thinking is the valves were getting stuck or something was not opening correctly. I still have a CEL for evap stuff and the three amigos but thats a whole new project...

For now Im going to take it as it is and do a few more runs of seafoam to keep everything clean. Thanks to everyone who has helped me on this thread!
