Good afternoon gentlemen, so I finally got done with reassembling my engine. I was doing head gaskets, everything is put together and done, I go to turn the key to turn the vehicle on and nothing. There's crank no nothing from the starter, as I'm holding the key on the on position, the S and M symbols flash along with the drive symbol flashing next to the mileage. I have no idea what's going on and I'm to exhausted to even troubleshoot. Have any of you had this issue? Please I am stumped and done with messing with the engine.

There could be a number of things, like a plug not reconnected. The first thing I’d try is resetting the inertia switch.

That's actually the first thing I checked and reset. I also want to state that my door locks don't lock and unlock when i use the fob. I have a viper system hooked up, but that didn't hinder the unlocking part.

I'd check battery voltage, and battery terminals for being tight. Low voltage = can cause all sorts of lovely things to act up.

Did you test the starter? I had a bad one out of the box.

Yeah last refurb I bought locally from Advance Auto = dead out of the box. I've honestly had very good luck with the refurb units from Auto Zone.

Check battery condition, battery terminals tight and clean, did you reinstall ground cable at alternator bracket?

It cranked over before you started head gasket job, right? So, l'd assume the starts fine.

Aside from low voltage battery, it was actually a fuse in the engine bay fuse box that was blown. It was the 10 amp fuse that's the alarm I'm guessing, just looking at the fuse diagram from the box. So I cranked it on and it actually turned over but as it cranked over and started running it was running rough. Not sure if it was because of the remanufactured fuel injectors I installed or what but it ran rough, I turned it off and cranked it back on and now it runs for like 2 secs then shuts off.

any ideas what it could be or maybe it's something I did wrong on my end.

I would look at fuel pressure next. Running at all means that you got almost everything right. There's a schrader valve on the fuel rail under the intake mani but hell if I know how to get at it when all the other crap you need for it to run is still in place. My other thought is crank and cam sensors.
