Okay, I've searched the forum but have come up with nothing. How do I get the drivers side fog light bulb out? I got under it and tried but it looks to me like I have to remove the windshield wiper fluid reservoir. So, is this how it has to be done or am I missing something???

 

If I remember right its a twist lock mechanism. Follow the wires to it and then grab the thicker part where it enters the bumper housing. Give it a firm twist then remove the whole assembly. I am on a '03, your results may vary.

 

I have an '03 as well and I am able to get the bulb loose, I just can't pull it out all the way. The windshield wiper fluid reservoir seems to be really close to the back of the bulb.
