Which Ford Explorer viscous radiator fan fits the D2?

They sell kits for D1s, but only TDIs. Guessing it would take some modification to the mounting/sealing to fit up to a D1 V8.

Dorman 620-112 is just a good replacement vs the $$$ OEM unit. Fan clutch will come into it's own on the trail or traffic. Off Road I lock it into 2nd gear using Manual Mode and around 2300-2500RPM the HD fan clutch will lock and temps will drop quickly off road. The flowkooler & HD fan clutch should definitely help in slower speed situations or traffic. Once cruising above 30mph the air flow thru the radiator takes #1 spot as the clutch will disengage from full lock.

Ordered one of these to push the Explorer fan about an inch closer to the radiator.
