I found the time to call up land rover and my truck hasn't been in for the gas tank recall. So i called the local dealership and I'm getting a new one. They also said while I'm there they are going to give me a free $99 vehicle inspection so I can "know the condition" of my vehicle. Like I don't know, I would like to see the list though.

 

Is there anyway to tell if this has been done without calling the dealer?

 

wow, I called and mine had been done, but I still had to replace it because it was cracked. I gave them the old tank and they have been talking with corporate for a year now. Still can't get any $$ for it. Glad you got a free one..

salve7_ you have to call a dealer and they will look up your VIN for recalls.
