Default fresh head job. loud high pitch tone when started, then dies

Just got done with a head job and when starting it the motor makes a high pitch tone and then stumbles and dies. Can't figure out where the tone is coming from. Any ideas? Thanx

What year is your Disco, does it have SAI and do you have any fault codes numbers showing, if so what are they?

No SAI. No fault codes. I didnt have the Brake servo vacuum pipe inserted into the intake manifold opposite side of the tb.
