Got the RH head off.

Evidence of HG blow on each cylinder.

Seems very bizarre. Starting to wonder if my torque wrench is horribly inaccurate.

Torque wrench does not make that much difference is you are using torque to angle bolts, were you using studs?

You have three Timeserts that look to be proud of the block surface. Is that real or just the photo?

And now we have the demonstration for everyone why I never use studs.

There were multiple that didn't countersink like they were supposed to and I dremeled them down. Which I am going to do even more so now. The photos make the protrusion look more dramatic. So yes, it's real but not something that it overlooked completely.

Update: I shaved down the protruding time serts, and reinstalled the LH head. Torqued ARP nuts to 70ftlbs. Proceeded to do a leak down test on each cylinder, and using an oil can, put a line of oil where head meets block to check for bubbles. Cylinders 3,5,7 although measured only 5psi low on the gauge, are leaking towards the valley pan side. Sigh, well I guess it's time for a different block.
