Default Front door hinge

I’ve noticed sag in my driver front door-
im getting contact at top right corner of window frame to B pillar..
Looks like the “door side” of the hinge has holes where it receives the frame side pins.. and they have worn slightly open over time & that’s where the sag is coming from.

Curious is if replacement hinges are a common fix? Anyone else running into this?

I have run into this. I haven’t fixed yet put I would think a donor hinge should work. Haven’t confirmed this but it appears the 2nd row door hinges are the same just installed in reverse.

I was aiming for reference.

I learned left side doors; front & rear both interchangeable.

I also drilled out pins & replaced with stainless nut/bolt - has worked perfectly.

I had a mechanic's idiot helper pulling himself up into the truck with his full weight on the door. Made mine sag. I did everything I could with trying to get shims in and trying to adjust... so hard to get at. I think it would be easy if the fender came off. Otherwise impossible to get at the adjustment bolts (as I remember it, was a few years back). I think I ended up just bending it as best I could.

My next door neighbor who is obese does this when I would take him to the local market. Irritates the crap out of me.
