Default front passenger side window actuator question

I am assuming that the actuator and the motor are all in the same housing. Am I correct? I'm fairly confident that is what I need to replace. My window will roll down but will not come up without "helping" it up by applying pressure on both sides of the glass. It's about to get warm here in Bama and I need to get the "465" AC working!

The regulator assy and motor are 2 seperate parts, If you can hear your motor running (obviously you can as window goes down) then its the regulator thats duff. Quite often it shears the spot welds on the gear "arc".
