Default Fuel rail to line connector

The button on the connector that attaches to the fuel rail was broken off.

I had to use a couple pliers and leveraged the connector off the line.

I have the actual connector wrapped up, but I have an image of the purge valve one which is broken in the same way.

Any advice on replacing?

Oh wow.

I had no idea you can just buy the clip/button. Looks like O'Reilly has a bunch of Dorman brand.

Thanks!

I am in the same situation as pinkytoe69. My connector is broken, any suggestions on replacing it? does anyone know what the fuel line size is that the connector is attached to? I managed to get the clamp that secures the connector to the line but I am not able to remove the connector from the line.

Turns out I am only missing the c-clip. Has anyone had to replace their c-clip? and are they easy to find that fit right into our connectors?

I ended up switching the same c clip from my evaporate line that goes to the manifold onto the more important fuel line. Fuel line is now secure and have found alternative connector that doesn't need to be as reliable to use on the evaporate line.
