Default fuse popping/ mode select

i have a 40 amp fuse that seems to be for a fan of some sort dont know to check if the relay is bad could some one help me out on this one what this fuse is for or why it would be popping another problem im having is the digital gear indicator does not display by the odometer when my battery went dead from leaving my sterio on then tried to start the truck the indicator came on i have a 2003 discovery with 70000 even on odo just did tune up plugs,wires,filter,and all that other good stuff and this is the only thing that bothers me about it and with mode select how would you use the towing feature if any one can help me i would appreciate it very much!!!!!!!!!!

Look at your fuse section, see exactly what the fuse is for and get back to us with that info.

its the 4th fuse up on left side a 40 amp cover of fuse box displays what looks to be a radiator and a fan i dont have the manual for my truck to tell u what its for what would the reason for this fuse to be blowing could the relay be bad causing this to happen or could it be a burnt out fan or something do these trucks have elec. cooling fans?
