You definitely have a plug passenger side valve cover breather tube. It is possible to remove the entire tube from the valve cover by gripping it with a pair of pliers and twisty until it comes out. You may want to remove the valve cover anyway so that you can replace the gaskets as they are probably old and hard and prone to leaking as well. If you have a no 3/04 truck be sure to remove the restrictor plate from the top of the breather tube before you reinstall it

Thank you for your advice. I did that, but now the nipple is a bit bent not 100% circle, and I cannot place the oil separator properly.
Do I need to place the oil separator is it needed? Is there a replacement for the nipple that connects to the valve cover?
Thank you

Get rid of the oil separator and install the FV308 PCV instead. It won't matter if the tube is slightly out of round because it will just be the hose connecting to it.

Thank you for the reply. I will order the FV308 PCV. Sorry, which side will go to the crankcase? a picture will be helpful if you have one.
Again, thank you.

You need to cut that restrictor disc out of the top of that tube. Use a small copper tubing cutter do the job. About 1/4 inch down from the separation line between the disk and the tube

And no, you don't install anything in there once you cut away the restrictor.
