Gear box / Clutch problem

Just change clutch and fly wheel in my 1998 Discovery TD5 now I seem to have a problem getting it into gear ! Any ideas ?

No ideas, but you should post this in the Discovery 1 section. If any Discovery 2 owners have an R380 manual trans, it was a conversion. The Discovery 1 section will have more manual trans guys on it.
