Where can you find this kit still available and are they cheaper than an ARB bumper or what. I see one on ebay for $2,200 [:'(]and that is crazy. But are they usually cheaper than that is is the OEMpart going to keep it high and I should just look for an ARB bumper instead although I like the OEM winch one much better. I can't find a aftermarket bumper that keeps the front end clean looking, I like the ARB with the round driving lights intergrated in the bumperfor the 03-04 Discos a lot but oh well mines a 99.

The factory winch is PURE CRAP!!
If you are needing to have a winch then go for a bumper that will handle the particular winch that you want to buy. Do you have any knowledge of winched, pros and cons??
