I drilled through the housing itself, ran the ballast wires through, and just sealed up the hole with silicon caulk. I have yet to have any condensation inside the light.

I agree with some folks here, I wish the headlights had glass assemblies as an premium option. Im getting moisture in my driver assembly so Im half ready to say **** it and buy 2 brand new assemblies, apply some protective film and go that root.
