Wooof..... Barely got anywhere with the lights today. 3 hours in and all I had to show for it was 1 light partially mounted and the wiring fully installed and working. Thiiiiissssss ssuuucckkkkkks! Will go back down Monday night to try to finish.

IMPORTANT!!!

Can anyone with an 03-04 go out and confirm my theory that the headlights are actually about .5-1" lower than the grill??

sorry for the resurrection. I just converted mine. 2nd d2 I've done this on. no prob first time and i used the same wiring diagram that I jotted down the first time (its bookmarked on a computer that has been stolen). this time I have popped a couple of fuses. where is the link to the write up? I think I used bad relay. dunno. its 20amp relay....right? any help is appreciated.

I could not tell you, I wired it up for single beam high beams. I had a wiring guy draw this up for me though:
