Would it be the same as the old rover engines? If it is then there is a fel pro number VS 12993 R-1. That is from the same engine that the valley gasket is from.

Well I decided to pass on this one, but found a 98 LSE that they were asking $1895 for. I got it for $1600. It has 109K miles.

Everything is in good working order. All windows work as do the sun roofs. There are some minor cosmetic blemishes, but all seems to be well. It needs a rear window and has an exhaust leak. It also has an aftermarket stereo (would prefer the stock one), and the face plate is missing so I will have to replace that, and there is a power steering leak.

I will be picking it up on Wednesday.

Here are some pictures.

Looks pretty good. You can see a scratch on the fender, but it isn't that bad.

Looks like the tank was over filled a few times. The paint overall was dirty. Needed a good cleaning and buffing. (I know that this won't buff out though.)

Broken back window. The tailgate also doesn't open. The handle appears to be jammed. I will try to take off the emblem and free it up.

It also looks like it had tail light guards at one point. I will just get some small plastic plugs to put in there as I'm not really interested in trying to find ones that match the bolt pattern.

The interior is pretty good. The under seat plastic is broken in the front. I will also take out the headliner strip the board and paint it.

The boots are kind of worn, and the shifter selector ribbon is broken (Is this a common problem? Both of the ones I saw were like this.)

That power steering leak just keeps the under side from rusting.
