About an hour. It's not that hard. I have a metal working shop and probably took more time than needed making the notch for the wiper look factory. I painted the notched area too. Pretty straight forward. I drilled new holes and still used all six bolts.

Tips, be careful with the metal spacers. Good to have another set of hands to hold them just in case. They'll scratch and ding your door if/when they fall off. I just took all the nuts off and left it balancing ever so gently until I walked around and took the carrier off.

I only busted 2 of the clips. If I had been thinking I would of made a little tool to pop them. They are 11 years old and brittle though. You do get a second chance even if you break one however! Just grind/sand the clip down to the next unbroken round part and slide that in the panel slot. You'll see what I mean. Works perfect ;-)

Next time I will need to buy new ones though.
