Default Great... throwing some codes and running rough.

Today the 04 started acting up on me and I need some advice on what to look at tonight. She started running rough, and threw 0300, 0301, 0306. I cleared those, drove a bit and not running rough. After the store she ran OK for a few minutes, then was a bit rough and threw the check engine light and 1300, 0306 and 0301. Got home, and I had bought new plugs last week to put in so figured it would be as good of a time as any, so put those in. The plugs that came out looked OK. Nothing steamed, greasy or fried. All equal wear. Started it up after, and still a bit rough and back to 0300, 0306 and 0301. Not sure if they are o2 sensor related (sounds like on one bank maybe?) or maybe MAF. Being one bank, I'm not thinking that. Didn't notice any big vacuum leaks either, and fuel is always 93. 80K on the truck and it has SAI.
The site I use to check the codes was not working... thanks for any help!

First, they are not 02 related, you have one misfire from each bank. Leave your MAF alone because it is not doing anything wrong mainly cause a MAF will not pick out 2 cylinders, if it is acting up, it will take our all of them.
Who's wires/what color are they and have you ever changed them?

Go out when it is dark, and see if you can spot any arcs from wires, coils, boots, etc. And keep your hand out of the fan.

The wires are the silicon grey ones. They don't look like the factory ones though. I'm thinking not wires as it wouldn't make such sense for 3 to start at the same time. I could swap my 8Mm ones off the other truck, but would have to do this weekend and with a friend with smaller paws than mine. These wires suck big time.
Any other thoughts? Why not o2 related you think? I would say wires if I got a random misfire before this from one, us never before.

I could see some VERY faint flashing on the pass side near the base of the plugs. No real arching. Should I give a mist of water? Harder to see on drivers side. Showing 0300, 0301 and 0306. Which cylenders should I focus on?

1 and 6. this is a real tough call.

its both banks.
2 4 6 8 is one bank and 1 3 5 7 is the other so you are on both banks. Its not the coil,(two different coils) and while it could be the wires (stranger things have happened.) Try swapping the wires from the 2000 for cylinders 1 and 6 and see what happens.

I know...one bank or cylinder and I'd not even think about anything other than wires. But no pending codes before today (ultra gauge always in) and it has me wondering. Plus, plugs allow looked equal and ok. Fuel economy has been fine, performance has been fine, etc.

Passenger side looks like Disneys Festival of Lights parade. Drivers side not so much. Soooo....suggestions on which brand to get? Might as well not have to do 2 swaps.
