So I am driving along and all of a sudden I hear a bunch of short beeps and say hello to the three amigos. Not know what was the issue I drove home shut the truck off, let it sit, turn the truck on again, and no three amigos. Went driving and still no amigos.

Could this be a temporary glitch or a sign of something more serious?

 

No way to be sure without reading codes, but I'd guess shuttle valve switch electrical fault.

 

Honestly, if it comes back I'd just do the ABS modulator fix (Option B). It's not gonna hurt anything, it may fix your problem, and it needs to be done anyway.

If it doesn't fix the problem, then you rent an ABS amigo and do it right.
