Default Had a Spark Plug Thread break off

Cylinder 1 spark plug was tight when removing. Thought it might have been stuck or cross threaded. Used some PP Blaster on it and finally got it loose enough to come out. Noticed one of the threads had broken off and is stuck on the plug. The new plug went in but was a little tight. Has any body else seen this and do you think it could be a problem. I put never sieze on the new plugs when I installed them.

I wouldn't see it as being a problem, as long as none of the metal got into the hole, and as long as it doesn't lose compression. But I might be wrong...

I would suggest pulling that plug again and putting some spark plug lube on it as well as your other ones so this doesn't happen to the rest.

if you used anti sieze youll be ok, as long as it sealed. and you might want to replace the plugs on the early side next time you do, dont let them start to get stuck, or youll be in a world of trouble with the one thats already on its way out.

lol you might want to put a little 'extra' anti-seize on that plug!
