Was hard to start when cold, now won't start

Ok thanks, that's weird since it is 42 deg F here outside air temperature The Disco runs relatively cool all the time now.
On the coolant temp, about 3 months ago I replaced the thermostat with one for a diesel Discovery that is what Atlantic British recommended. Now instead of running 206-212 deg, it runs cool at 194-199 deg, 10 deg cooler.
