Default having trouble starting when cold

Hi all. I just did the headgaskets on my 00 and it runs good again! Only issue I'm having now is when I start it in the morning it won't idle for the first minute or two. I have to help it along with a little throttle. Then its great. It seems like its loading up with fuel but notsure. No codes and it doesn't have any trouble starting when its warm. Any suggestions? Ultraguage is on its way but I Di have a scan tool. Thanks. Andy.

IACV cleaned? Throttle butterfly cleaned (both with carb cleaner)?

Engine coolant sensor working (scanner shows logical coolant temp, not -40F, and that temp increases)?

Vac leak (which seals up when engine warms)?

MAF cleaned (with made for MAF cleaner, only when stone cold and key has not been in the ignition overnight)?

SAI system related?

Thinking that with all the underhood work another line may have cracked when moved (most do). Or connector not seated.

Sounds like a IACV issue to me.

Did you plug in the correct plug to the idle solenoid when putting it back together, there are 2 that look the same.

Turned out to be the iacv. I cleaned all the crud out with carb cleaner and cleaned the plug connection and refitted with dielectric grease. Problem solved.
