Was able to work on the 99 again. Bled the system again. Using the D1 method. It went well I dove it for the first time in a month. Had to adjust cruise control cable it a bit. The engine was revving up I guess it was a little tight.

Thanks for all the help. Without this forum and the rave Plus pictures It would be impossible.
I think I will go drive around some. THe new thermostat is a moto Rad from BPUtah It is controlling between 195 and 206 F 206 when Idling. I don't believe this is a soft thermostat or my radiator is stopped up some. I checked it with a iR thermometer and got inconsistent readings. Will try again later.
