Default head gasket leak

Finishing head gasket repair on 2004 Discovery 11, and bolted head down. Now there is water leaking, and I mean really leaking.

Don't know yet where leak is, but suspect air intake manifold. Used Permex to glue it down, and think we got it right.

Any thoughts???

probablly is the intake you used RTV on all four corners, is the water leaking from the front or rear? you probably want to go to your local autoparts store and borrow or rent a preasure tester, before you start tearing into it.

X2 on tester - far better to pressure test than heat up the engine and you can use distilled water

You are correct. Discovered bad plastic hose.
Now putting in new thermostat and waiting for next challenge.

Many thanks Savannah-----by the way, is that where you live?
