Default Headlight conversion guide?

Due to a previous accident from the owner before me, the aluminum frame holding one headlight is bent. Long story short, I would have to perform a headlight conversion because I can just cut away the bent part in order for the new lights to fit.

So.... Can someone point me somewhere (guide, website, etc) for me to do a headlight conversion by myself?

If my memory serves be correctly, there is also a write up on www.Discoweb.org, I can't pull up the website right now for some reason....but check the "tech" section.

Thanks all of you.

What is the difficulty level of this for someone with no car experience on a scale of 1 - 10 (10 being the hardest)?
