Headliner & Sunroof Repair
Wow - looks legit (Motorcars Limited Bargain Bin). Placed order and just want to say "thank you" for allowing this project to go forward! Appreciate the resource. Let's hope they don't bait and switch it like someone above...
Get this... these guys (Motorcars LTD - from above) CALLED ME. They are clearing out their old stock parts and wanted to let me know that 2-day air means 2 business days and not including Saturdays. Now that's customer service!
As I understand it, Headliner Express has dealer accounts with AB and Rovers North (among others?). So, they can buy a lot cheaper than the normal web prices on these sites. If you call them up, they'll wheel/deal with you on prices, but since they're direct-shipping from AB/RN, they're limited to what AB/RN have in stock. My guess is that the $600 price is just a web price that they put out there in case people want to put it in their shopping cart.
Personally, I still go through/support AB/RN because while some people think their prices are too high, they're a lot less than the dealer (plus I like their monthly magazines).
For headliners though, the Headliner Express materials are great. I think it's been about a year since my write-up, and my headliner still is doing great (no sags, etc.).

I hear you but that's not the point. I purchased the part for 144.95 and then the order was canceled and the same part was posted shortly thereafter for $600. There's no reason a website can't display what's in-stock reliably and not allow people to transfer funds under the impression that a part is stocked. A bunch of bull-malarkey with current website capability. Simple - don't advertise it if you don't have it. And damn surely don't allow the transaction with a funds transfer if you're not going to honor the price.
Headliner Express in my book = EPIC FAIL for parts
Anybody have some input please. I just started to get a leak at the top of the driver side window pillar. Its wet right where the plastic meets the head liner. The windshield was replaced just before I bought it about a month ago, it looks like it could be getting in through a gap at the end of the trough above the doors right where it meets the windshield.
Thanks
Thanks
HI I bought my headliner from this supplier, it up 72 inch wide
