Have a new to me 04 DiscoII with fake leather seat, it had all (that I could see) wiring for heated seats including the fuse blocks under each seat however it did not have the switches. Received the heated switch kit from Atlantic British - thinking what the hell - the only way for me to find out is try it. Just and I mean just now finished putting them in (5, 10 minute job) fired up the truck, depressed the switches and POOF - magically now I have heated seats.

To recap - put switches in, turn on, seats heat, WITH FAKE LEATHER

And here I was going to ask you to perform your magic on my heated seat that doesn't work. I unfortunately mine i going to require more than just installing the switches.

 

My 2000 series II sd did not come with heating elements. I found that out after installing the switches.

Is there an easy way to verify if the heating elements are installed? I do not have the switches, but I do see that the fuse under the seat is in.
