Hey friends,

So here is how it went. Went to unscrew bleeder valve and it disintegrated upon removal. I assume that to be a common problem. Since I needed the truck the next day, I had to pick up the upper radiator hose assembly from the dealer ($76) since they dont sell just the "T" valve or screw, better to replace it all anyways. Pulled everything apart and found that previous owner must have run only tap water at one point. Visible corrosion and a little rust. flushed everything, cleaned inside of inlets with a scouring pad, flushed again, installed new hose, filled with premium dex and water wetter, bled system and topped off. Pulled blower motor and found a little debris. Replaced cabin filter strip and reinstalled blower.

No more water fall, no more fan noise!! Thanks for your help all!! I appreciate it!

No luck on finding the drain outlet yet. Will post a step by step once completed!

Take care all!!

Oh dear, did you say Dexcool? A number of forum members believe that Dex can lead to corrosion problems, and may be a factor in the slipped liner issue. Might want to search around on that, and switch to plain jane green.
