It was the Idle Air Control Valve! It was seized up. I sprayed it with Throttle Body spray Cleaner and used a small screwdriver to pry it loose. I kept spraying and cleaning until when I shook it, it was clicking back and forth again. I put the part back on and it fired right up. SWEET.
