Default help with 5"lift and Adrenalin 4x4 radius arm install

'01 Discovery with 5" lift and just bought a front and rear set of the Adrenalin 4x4 6 degree corrected caster radius arms with Johnny Joints. I didn't know the JJ's can be adjusted out... How much longer than the OEM should I adjust them out? Is there an easy way to determine current caster, rotate axle to OEM spec, then adjust length of arms and bolt up? Is there a ballpark length that can get me close enough to do some tweaking if needed?
Anyone here running approx 5" lift and same 6 degree arms that is happy with their setup that can measure or give me some tips?
Any help appreciated, Thanks.

Time to pull out your calculator.

You’ll want to measure from the center of the bolt hole on the frame to the center line of the middle bolt hole on the factory radius arm - call this measurement “X”. Assume with the lift you will gain your 5”.

If your factory radius arm is flat, or near flat, then the calculation is pretty simple. We will use our numbers to calculate the third side of a triangle.

X is your first side, 5 is your second side and it is at a 90 degree angle to X. Input those numbers in a triangle calculator and the third side will be your new measurement center to center for your new radius arm.

So... X is center to center from frame bolt hole and middle bolt hole, like in attached pic?

Thanks BTW...

Adrenaline 4x4 sells non johnny joints for D2, and bolt on links for D1......unless there is a new product out?

so I had to look for myself! those are real NICE!!

I have a 4" lift with non johnny j's Adrenaline 4x4 castor arms front and rear...wheels seem pretty centered...but at 5" and more, I would go with J-joints next time!
