Default Help with Codes

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking to buy a 2000 Disco II for my sister that lives in CO.
I found a nice SD with 85,000 miles for $4500 but the SES light was on.
The engine is pretty clean with no leaks from the valve covers. The U joint's are in good shape and rubber thing on the rear drive shaft is fine. There was a tiny bit of fluid on the bottom of the transfer case. The only other problem I found was the rear door won't open the handle is busted and can't even be opened from the inside.

We took it by Autozone during the test drive and they pulled up 7 codes . The Disco started right up and ran pretty good during the test drive. On the way back from Autozone the SES light never came back on so I guess its nothing major or didn't have a enough time.

Well anyways the codes are.

She used to have a Classic and found a guy that lives near her that is pretty knowledgeable about Rovers but I would like to take care of as much as I can before I send it to her.

One more question, Should I drive it out to her or ship it. The trip would be about 2000 miles and I really love going to Colorado.

Pop the LR emblem off the cargo door and lube it with silicon spray, work the handle and then spray some more.
This is a very common problem and is actually part of the normal maintence that needs to be done to these trucks.
