Default Help! Ignition Cylinder Lock Issue: Theft Safety Issue

Something is going on with my Anti Theft System that is locking the ignition cylinder so I can't start the car. When I disconnect the battery and reconnect it, I can start the car, but the second I turn it off, its locked up again. The theft light is rapid flashing, I can't find the where the fuse is, so not sure if that is it. I have tried the turn 3 times slowly, lock and unlock the car, but still no impact. WTF is going on?????????????????????

Try locking the doors, then using the key (not fob) to open the driver's door. Then open the rest with the central button on the dash. That should clear the alarm, you may need to repeat a couple of times.
