I have Hella 4000 off road lights and wired the trip from the supplied relay from the high beam wire but instead of attempting to find the wire at the fuse box I tapped into it at the headlight, I just used my voltage meter to find the wire when I turned on the high beam.
I also have Hella fog lights but have them wired to the parking light lead at the same headlight.

Hey there Chris... be careful not to exceed the amperageof that high-beam wire. What's the total load calculated at, with your high beams plus your Hellas?
