If wiggle fuse box makes it shut down, consider wiggling or unplugging and re-seating cables one by on top and bottom - see pix.

Buzz I can try over the weekend, for what it's worth the mechanic removed and reinstalled fuse box to make sure he didn't have any loose connections.

I really appreciate all the help guys

Perhaps you have a cracked fuse link (internal). If you place a voltmeter across it (yes volts, not ohms) with truck running should see very small voltage. Tap firmly with screwdriver handle, etc. If crack is opening up, meter will jump to 12 volts.
