HELP! tie rod

Yes, only one end is replaceable from the factory. If both ends are bad you are looking at replacing the whole piece.

So.... my new tie rod bar arrived. It's an OME. It's thin and cheap (quality, not price) so i decided to build my own.
I used 1"od seamless pipe with a thick wall.

I spent $55 on the tubing and already had the new ends. So I'll be returning the $175 bar back to Rock auto.

Terrafirma is 150 for tie rod and pan har bar. It's really not worth making your own.
