Default High Idle on Disco 1

95 Disco idles high on cold start, will not return to normal. In drive, when warm, still 100-200 RPMs too high. Sometimes, when starting warm, will either idle too low or VERY high (2000-2500). Have replaced ICV (and cleaned the seat), replaced TPS and cleaned TB this week. No change. 02 sensors replaced about 20K ago. No apparent vac leak. Have I narrowed this to a MAFS problem?

MAF's will not cause high idle problems.

Unfortnuately, the LED is gone so I cannot see any fault codes (check engine light has been on for some time). If not the MAFS, any suggestions would be appreciated.
