I notice my rear row floor vents (runs thru the bottom of the center console ) is always blowing out hot air.

Even when my front blows have warmed up the car where its blowing ambient air at the front. My rear floor vents still blow hot air?????

I have a 99 sports utility 4 door disco ll, so there's no rear climate control? So can anyone help my out with your experience or knowledge.
