Exclamation How do I replace Brake MC?

My new brake master cylinder is coming today and I need to prep for a brake job.
1.) How do I replace the Brake master cylinder? Just unscrew brake lines from old MC, remove and install new MC and re-connect the brake hoses?

2.) Regarding bleeding the system: is their a "Land Rover" technique for flushing out the old fluid and bleeding the system with new fluid? Any certain order in which the wheels have to be bled?

Note: I'm replacing brake master cylinder, both front calipers, all rotors and pads and caliper mounting bolts and guide pins. Also installing wheel mates.

PS: Any known pics or videos of anyone else performing the job would be great. Thanks much.

Have several quarts of DOT4 fluid on hand. Two minimum, more if first time and flushing. Break out the RAVE. Buy some spray brake parts cleaner, helps to clean up stuff you touched when you shouldn't. And the one man bleeder tool (little bottle with hose) is handy, or SWMBO must be coaxed to slowly press on the pedal. Nitrile gloves, brake dust and fluids are certainly messy. Just did a rear caliper on my Merc today, they are no cleaner, and only have rear pads that are the size of a matchbook. For a car built for the Autobahn.

Or, put your master cylinder on a work bench vice, fill with fluid and slowly pump the cylinder till you get fluid then install and as already mentioned plan on 2 plus quarts of DOT 4, synthetic if you can find it.

I have 3 quarts of Castrol Dot 4. 2 cans of brake parts cleaner. Rags. Someone to help me bleed the system. So I think I have everything I need. Still not clear about the MC though. So I should add brake fluid to MC and pump it BEFORE installing it on the truck? How would I go about pumping the MC if its not installed on the truck. Should I install the MC before i do the calipers/pads/rotors?

Also I have been running without brake fluid for afew weeks now.... is there any way for me to determine if the ABS modulator (silver WABCO block next to MC) is bad or not? I sure hope the hell the ABS unit is still good, cant afford to replace that at the moment.

Sorry for all the questions, first time doing a complete brake job and I want to make sure Im doing it right the first time.

EDIT: Actually Im not fully sure if Im complete empty of brake fluid. All I know is that a good amount of fluid burst out of the front passenger side wheel. When I press the brake pedal to the floor the vehicle slowly slows down and eventually comes to a slow stop... so there may still be a small amount of fluid in the system.

Go to www.scottykilmer.com and look for the job. The guy is a mechanic with how to videos on many common jobs including this one. He's enertaining and a bit goofy, but knows his stuff.
