How do you know when your fuel pump on a 2000 Disco II is are has gone out?

 

If the rover does not start, but still cranks strong, there is a possibility that it is your fuel pump. Also when it is going out the car will not start on first crank but when you try the second or third time it will start up!

 

I think next time you can put all thes "how do you know?" Threads all in one...or try search feature! :P
