if you have a weekend you can do it yourself, learn a crap load about you truck, know that its fixed properly and do a few other things why you are changing the gaskets. like a new hose kit, clamps, thermostat, plugs and wires. You can do all that yourself for around $400.

If you needed the head gaskets replaced ($1600) and you had the extra money then it would not be a bad deal since you would have already needed the head gaskets.
But since you dont have a problem then leave well enough alone.
