Default How often to clean pcv

I had the pcv mod done about 1year ago and been noticing s bit of oil in the intake.
Took valve out seemed a bit sticky. Cleaned it up with brake cleaner. Seemed to free it up
how often should this be cleaned ?
And also how often do you clean if ever the purge valve ? Had a error code today for purge valve I did the Hyundai valve mod about a year ago Seemed strange to get that code

I remove it and spray it internally with brake cleaner once or twice a year.

For anyone reading this with a 0441 code. Do not replace a purge valve with anything less than a BOSCH. Hyundai to save $40 ? No no and NO.

The genuine Hyundai Purge Control Valve has never ever failed me. I've replaced countless OEM Bosch with the Hyundai unit and I've never touched it after that. It's the no name Purge Control Valves which are NO NO's.

That code popped up yesterday for the first time since I replaced that purge valve. I was recharging the ac system and noticed that code weird. I’ll clean it up and see what happens

Cleaned it today I think it was the plug that came loose as I was trying to find a exhaust leak there the other day
