How to replace the purge valve

I have a 2003 Disco II, with 130,000 miles. Can anyone tell me how I can replace the purge valve along with the 2 hoses attached? I got the part from A.B. It looks like it is not a big deal to unplug the top hose but how can I access the hose that is going behind the manifold?
Any ideas?

I replaced mine a few months ago and due to having hands the size of a linebacker there was no conceivable way for me to reach back there...I just reused that bit of hose and connected it to the new purge valve...

...fixed my p0441 error and it hasn't returned...
