Harsh? not really. Nothing I said wasn't true and I didn't call anyone names.
As for who cares...Maybe the other people who are searching for an answer?
What good does it do them if the solution to their problem is someone saying "email me and I'll call you"?

But you're right, he won't change and fewer people will have the information. Silly of me to state the obvious that one helps the most people with free dissemination of information. I just feel bad for the rest of the people looking for answers.

I didn't say you lied or did any name calling. But what you are trying to do is control the way this man chooses to help people. This forum is a place to seek help among other things, and he IS helping many, just not the way you would like.
