Another thing to consider is the shipping cost and the possibilities and cost of using the warranty.
If you have to use the warranty once, that is shipping to the UK and then back from the UK. Plus the downtime associated. This is on top of the initial shipping from the UK on the new engine.
What are we talking about? $500 each way across the pond?

I agree with the swapping lower power for durability as well. I've never driven a 4.6 DII so I don't know how much of a difference there is in the feel of power between the 4.0 and 4.6.
I would deal with the shipping before I ever considered going with Cannibal. They seem to be hit or miss for some.
