So what does Turner mean by this "(we do not supply/fit ARP studs in combination with our Ductile iron flanged liners)" They don;t use them or just don;t offer them?

Plenty of racing engines w/ ductile liners use them.

Any thoughts?

They don't use studs just the stretch to torque bolts. That's their preference I guess, I think they say it over torque's the block and can damage it. RPi uses them, so it's preference I think.
