Default Humming

Hello!

I went to the garage a few months ago and they found that I need an upper ball joint on the drivers side. I just ordered the upper and lower so that I can replace them and get this take care of. My question is, I notices a humming that takes place when taking a right turn. I know that a bad bearing can do this, but will the upper ball joint do it as it gets worse? It makes sense to me as when you take a right turn there is more pressure on the upper ball joint.

Thanks for your help and i hope I included all the information you need to answer this.

Ball joints have no way of making a humming sound so it is either a cv joint starting to talk to you or a bad hub.
