good point, thank you. Is the rave manual good for wiring schematics and diagnostic flow charts for my 1994? IT states 1995 and up...

change of subject. What are the tension specs for the timing chain? It is very loose, but still on time. IS the cam gear supposed to have nylon gears?

I think it is steel gears for the timing set, as for chain tension, I do not know.
You might have better luck starting a new thread for this one.

Thanks everyone. Wow, never overlook the fuses. I replaced a fuse, had spark, timed the engine, reclamped the unclamped exhaust downpipe, new thermostat and voila! Runs awsome. Now for a whole new chapter of stuff to fix. Suspension, brakes, interior electrical... the easy stuff. The factory cam gear that i got has nylon gears.... *sigh* if it is good enough for them , it is good enough for me.
